USA:

Free Shipping on orders over $50!

Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days from the time your order is confirmed and leaves our store. The holiday season causes delays especially Oct-Dec

Please note that delivery times do not include our 48-hour processing time or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sundays or major holidays. Please be aware that holiday times may take longer than usual. 

Express Mail is 1-3 days and can be purchased for $25 - $45 depending on your order size at checkout. Your package will leave our facility within 12-24 hours and ship via USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail. This postage is non refundable in the event of a return. 

We do ship to APO address but it takes longer delivery time than listed above. 

We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles. If the USPS tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services. However, we will look into the matter for you to make sure the order was delivered to your address, etc. 

If a package fails to show up or stops moving within the postal service then we can look into this matter for you. We are required to wait 15 days of tracking not updating before proceeding to file a claim for insurance with USPS. 

If you have incorrectly entered your shipping address, please contact us immediately and before shipping if possible to correct the issue. If your order has already shipped and is undeliverable based on the address you entered and returned by USPS to our facilities, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees/costs.

Billing addresses are important. If you enter a billing address that does not match the card, we will call you to get the correct billing address. If you do not respond to calls and emails, your order will be cancelled due to suspect fraud. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason. 

CANADA:

We offer shipments to Canada for $15 - $35 depending on the weight of the order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded in event of a return.

Duties, VAT and Taxes are subject to collection upon receiving your order. These are not collected by www.mycurvystore.com and are the responsibility of the customer. 

MEXICO: 

We offer shipments to Mexico for $35 Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days). This is a flat rate for any size shipment anywhere in Mexico. Shipping charges cannot be refunded in event of a return.

AUSTRALIA:

We offer shipments to Australia for $35 Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days). This is a flat rate for any size shipment anywhere in Australia. Shipping charges cannot be refunded in event of a return.

Returns Policy:

Updated Return Policy effective immediately:

Need to return? No problem! We understand that some items do not work for you and we accept returns. All returns will be issued via digital gift card. This gift card can be used to purchase other items in our shop. The gift card never expires and we can resend it if you've lost your email with the gift card number. We just need your name and/or email used. 

All returns requests MUST be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

All items MUST be returned in their original, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and smoke-free condition.

If your items have manufacturer tags when received. Please leave them attached.

No tags? No problem. We do not attach our store tags to most items as they sell very quickly in high volume. We are trying to prevent waste by reducing the amount of paper used. This also keeps cost low allowing us to continue to offer low shipping and giveaways. Thanks for understanding! (In store, tags are to view price, size, barcode, etc - this information can be found on the item's listing online therefore a tag is not needed on shipped items) However, please keep tags on items that do have tags if you plan to return.

No invoice/packing slip? We have stopped printing these as most people discard them. We prefer to contribute the least amount of waste as possible to the environment. Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation should have been emailed to the address provided. You may print the order confirmation for your records if needed. We can also resend emails if needed. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you want to exchange your item for a different size, we will ship out your new size only AFTER the item has been returned and received to Curvy Online Returns. However, we cannot guarantee that at the time the item you want will still be available. If exchange request is not possible, we will refund the original item to digital Curvy gift card.

Please allow up to 2 business days for all replies on customer service inquiries.

Instructions for Returning an Item:

Email mycurvystore@gmail.com only if the item is damaged. Otherwise, you may return items at any time.

Please be sure that your item meets the return policy requirements. If it does not and is returned to mycurvystore.com you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it returned to you. Items that DO NOT meet the requirements will NOT be accepted or charged a 20% cleaning fee. Such as odors, animal hair, etc.
